ok so we had our last race of indoor today (aka sophomore freshman cities!). honesty i wish it had went better, but i suppose i knew i wasn’t going to do great because ive just been so bad at indoor i was in a very “kicking ass taking names” kind of mood. but i was hoping to get top 6 (which i know and my coach knows im physically capable of” and i should have done to help the team (and a medal would’ve been great y know). but i mean my time was god awful and ive still been sick it better get better. omg. but i think im going to try really hard for outdoor. very “kicking ass, taking names of me ” okk!
do a lot of strength stuff (3x a week)
foam roll everyday
eat much healthier porque es important
ice ice ice ice!!!
crush my interval workouts
get 8 or more hours of sleep
